Service Description
This package upgrades the service you book to add and upgrade products used to show dog level quality! List of products used when you have chosen this add-on: - Botanical ear cleaner - EmmiPet Teeth cleaning maintenance session (you need to first have had an initial session) - 2 Rounds of professional show quality shampoo (tailored to your dogs coat type) - Premium Conditioner to nourish, hydrate and protect all coat types) - Moisturising lotion face wash - paw and nose lotion - Choose one of the 3 mud massages : Soothing Mineral Mud (includes: Green Tea Extract, Catechin, Witch Hazel, Dipotassium Glycrrhizate, German Chamomile Essential Oil and Lavender Essential Oil) Helps with irritated skin, Itchy + scratchy skin and hot spots. Shed Safely Mineral Mud (includes: Vitamin B3, Provitamin B5, Multiberry BSC and Sugar Cane + Sugar Maple extract) helps with Clogged hair follicles, Releasing undercoat and Removing loose fur. Mobility Mineral Mud (includes: Menthol and Peppermint extract) helps with Inflammation, Tight muscles and Sore muscles.
Cancellation Policy
We operate on a strict schedule to ensure quality 121 care. if you are early we may not be able to grant immediate access and would ask that you wait until your allocated time. This also applies for arriving early to collect your dog from their appointment. This allows us to carry out our services to clients with minimal disruption. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel the appointment for welfare reasons. In such cases, a no-show fee equal to the full grooming cost will apply. If you are late but the appointment can still go ahead, a fee of £10 per 15 minute block will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late for collection, a late collection fee of £10 per 15-minute block will apply. Appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 100% fee. Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in the cancellation of future appointments until fees are paid.
