Service Description
This is a deep cleaning, sweet smelling mud bath, that flows with hydrating omega oils and is pumped full of B vitamins to help relieve and prevent excessive shedding. Ideal for thick coats! Helps with: Clogged hair follicles Releasing undercoat Removing loose fur Enhanced with extra beneficial ingredients to treat clogged hair follicles, remove loose fur, and release the undercoat: Vitamin B3: Also known as niacinamide, this essential vitamin increases ceramide, a fatty acid that regulates skin regeneration, prevents the skin from losing water, improves skin barrier function, increasing cell turnover to promote new hair growth. Provitamin B5: Also known as panthenol, this essential vitamin stimulates cell growth and tissue repair. When applied topically, panthenol penetrates the skin and is converted into pantothenic acid, a complex B vitamin. Finally, panthenol gives the coat shine and bounce and causes long-lasting moisture. Multiberry BSC: has strong antioxidant properties, stabilizes collagen fibres, promotes collagen biosynthesis, and decreases capillary permeability and fragility. Contains alpha-hydroxy acids that exfoliate skin evenly and prevent clogged hair follicles. Sugar Cane & Sugar Maple Extract: These natural plants contain alpha-hydroxy acids that exfoliate skin evenly, prevents clogged follicles and hydrates the skin and coat. Short hair dogs are the base price, longer haired dogs are £3 more.
Cancellation Policy
We operate on a strict schedule to ensure quality 121 care. if you are early we may not be able to grant immediate access and would ask that you wait until your allocated time. This also applies for arriving early to collect your dog from their appointment. This allows us to carry out our services to clients with minimal disruption. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel the appointment for welfare reasons. In such cases, a no-show fee equal to the full grooming cost will apply. If you are late but the appointment can still go ahead, a fee of £10 per 15 minute block will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late for collection, a late collection fee of £10 per 15-minute block will apply. Appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 100% fee. Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in the cancellation of future appointments until fees are paid.
