Service Description
This service includes the following treatments: -Ear desensitisation to touching, if they are happy and clam they will get an ear clean -Slow introduction to the bath, if they are happy and calm they will get a minimum of 2 rounds of shampoo (specific to coat and skin type) -Conditioner -marshmallow facial -Towel dry followed by a slow introduction/desensitisation to the blow drier with leave in conditioner -Full brush out -Slow introduction/desensitisation to grooming equipment such as clippers and scissors. If they are happy and calm they will get a paw tidy, hygiene clip and eye trim (if their coat needs it) -Touch desensitisation on paws and nails, if they are happy and calm they will get a nail clip/grind - Paw and nose balm - Fragrance Spray to match the shampoo used -Treats/breaks throughout and 5/10 minutes of play/relaxation at the end
Cancellation Policy
We operate on a strict schedule to ensure quality 121 care. if you are early we may not be able to grant immediate access and would ask that you wait until your allocated time. This also applies for arriving early to collect your dog from their appointment. This allows us to carry out our services to clients with minimal disruption. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel the appointment for welfare reasons. In such cases, a no-show fee equal to the full grooming cost will apply. If you are late but the appointment can still go ahead, a fee of £10 per 15 minute block will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late for collection, a late collection fee of £10 per 15-minute block will apply. Appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 100% fee. Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in the cancellation of future appointments until fees are paid.
